Kate Herring is the Principal Broker and founder of Terra Firma Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Charlottesville area and surrounding Central Virginia communities.
A Central Virginia native, Kate founded Estate Sales and Services in 2014. That work gave her distinctive experience with estates, inherited property, family transitions, and homes that need thoughtful preparation before a sale.
